Rules & Regulations
I AMAZONIA Help us keep the area clean by disposing of waste directly in the correct bins.
For the safety of all visitors and participants, the possession or use of such items is strictly forbidden.
Bags may be checked at the entrance to ensure the safety of the event.
They are here to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable event. Their instructions take priority.
We aim to organize the charity run as sustainably as possible. That’s why we encourage you to use eco-friendly transport such as public transit or bicycles. It might mean a bit more walking or pedaling, but you got this!
Perhaps our most important rule. I AMAZONIA takes place in a unique natural area. Avoid walking through sensitive zones and leave no trace.
Do not leave cups along the route – let’s keep the forest clean together.
They are there to guide you safely through the route and provide assistance if needed.
Starting too early or too late can cause confusion and congestion on the course.
Along the route you’ll find water, fruit, first aid, and toilets. Use them if needed.
Listen to your body. Participating while feeling unwell can pose health risks, even for shorter distances.
Drink plenty of water, cool off with available ice, and take extra breaks if needed. On hot days, we adjust our provisions accordingly.
Refreshments are available at the bar and food stands on-site.
Glasses from the bar must remain on the premises for safety and environmental reasons.
This keeps the event safe and prevents you from accidentally entering the course.
Children under 12 are only allowed when accompanied by an adult.
Popular locations can get busy; if needed, find an alternative spot to watch comfortably.
Perhaps our most important rule: I AMAZONIA stands for respect for nature.
