Due to the heat, we have decided to walk or run only a NEW 6.5km course. This includes an optional loop with an extra water station and more shade!

HEAT PROTOCOL

We’ve taken extra precautions to help you beat the heat:

3 Water stations (with optional electrolytes)
2 First Aid zones
2 Ice coolers filled with ice
Adjusted route with >90% in shade
Advice for beginners: please join the walk

Tip: Bring light clothing and a water bottle you can refill

Pro tip: Bring swimwear and jump in the lake afterwards!
